Project ENGENSEC

On March 24-26 Blekinge Institute of Technology (BTH), contractor of the EU-financed project, hosted all partners of the ENGENSEC project on the first coordination meeting in Karlskrona, Sweden. Representatives from 12 universities from 6 countries participated during the meeting. 

The main objective of the ENGENSEC project is to create new Master’s program in area of IT Security as a response on current and emerging cybersecurity threats by educating the next generation experts in this area, thus supporting development of e-based economics, life and society in partner countries. 

The project has been funded by the European Commission. The Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive program (EACEA), TEMPUS IV. 

YSU is the coordinating university of the Russian Consortium members.
