The Democratic Republic of Congo: the post-conflict evolution

Abstract: The author analyses the situation in the Democratic Republic of Congo on the eve of the second democratic election in the country. During the five years after the first democratic election much has changed. The civil war of 1998–2009 finished., the first democratic election took place, the first President was elected and the line of command was set. However the life in the country is coming back to normal with difficulties. The country’s authorities need to overcome many hardships. In the Eastern provinces, armed conflicts with human losses continue, hunger and dis-eases are still causing death to children.

Changes of the Images of States after the End of the «Cold War»

Abstract: In the article the problem of transformation of image of a state under the circumstances of changes on the international arena is under consideration. On the basis of results of research the changes of the images of the USSR/Russia, the USA and Great Britain in 1989–1993, which took place after the end of the «Cold War» and collapse of the USSR, were analyzed. The major patterns of the transformation of the structure of a state image in International Relations are described. It is demonstrated that the new correlation of the components of state images contribute to the adapta-tion of states to the changes on the international arena.

Reception of Hegel’s Historiosophy in XIX−XX cc.: Historiographical Aspect

Abstract: The article investigates the place of historiosophical problematic in a structure of works written by G. Hegel himself as well as in a structure of his works published after his death in 1831. A historiographical analysis has been done which reflects a process of systematization, contextual transformation, editing and publication of Hegel’s historiosophical works beginning with the activity of direct students and successors of the great German thinker and finishing with the historiophilosophical works of the end of the XX century. A special accent is made on the results achieved by contemporary German and American scholars. Such an analysis has been done for the first time

Yaroslavl in 1917. Revolution and Housing Issue

Abstract: This article discusses the state of housing in Yaroslavl on the eve of and during the 1917 revolution. In the early XX century Russian cities experience rapid growth of population. The World War and the Revolution further exacerbated this process. The result was an extreme shortage of housing. This gave rise to social discontent and became one of the causes of mass political participation.

Abstract: In this article the main object of research is such a phenomenon of international relations as «the Cold War» (1950–1970‑ies). Particular attention is paid to the foreign policy of the United Kingdom, as well as forms of ideological struggle of this country with the Soviet Union during the «Cold War».

Formation of Tolerance of a Younger Generation in the Terms of Globalization of the Modern World

Abstract: In the article social and pedagogical process of formation of tolerance by younger generation by means of traditional national culture in UDO system is considered. On the basis of existing normative documents and a current trend of globalization of society the author does attempt to prove need of formation of tolerance by teenagers. The concept «tolerance» as social and pedagogical category is analyzed. Process of adaptation of the teenager to modern polycultural space by means of small forms of folklore, a place of song creativity in formation of the developing personality reveals.

Study by the Soviet Historians of the Activity of RSDRP during the years of the First Russian Revolution

Abstract: The article considers study by the Soviet historians of the activity of RSDRP (Russian Social Democratic Workers' Party) during the years of the first Russian revolution. The author investigates the internal dynamics of this period, especially noticeable from the middle 1950's. As a result the author makes a conclusion not only about the conditionality of the process of the development of historical science with an administrative-management factor, but also about the manifestation in it of known laws governing the scientific knowledge, connected with the internal needs of its development and moved with the logic of this development.

The Protest Campaign Following the Murder of E. Sviridov

Abstract: Modern Russia is characterized by social tension. In these circumstances, protests occur rapidly and are difficult to be controled. This article describes an example of a protest campaign that swept many regions of the country and brought together the most crowd in recent years meeting in Moscow – a protest following the murder of E. Sviridov. This movement has demonstrated the possibility of rapid and massive mobilization of people for expressing public opinion on urgent issues.

Abstract: The article covers the analysis of court cases regardin gender-neutral Labour Legislation. Fault and Designing Crime Structure

Abstract: In article problems of taking fault into account when designing crime structures of are considered. The author with a view of perfection of the Criminal Code of Russian Federation offers in part 2of article 24 to fix a rule of definition of the form of fault at default about it in the Special Part: «If in Special Part of the Code when describing crime the form of fault it is not specified, it might have been made both deliberately and accidentally». In those structures which admit.in opinion of the legislator, two forms of fault suppose alternatively, there is no necessity to describe the given element of a crime design. In other cases when deviation from this general rule is expedient, the legislator should, as it is represented, to indicate appropriate form of fault in the law (and a type if necessary).

Psychological Aspects of International Relations: Theoretical Issues

Abstract: In the article the theoretical issues, dealing with the study of interstate relations from the point of view of psychological approach, are under consideration. The conclusion is done about the limited applicability of psychological variables for research in the sphere of International Relations. The dire need for the development of integrative approach, connecting psychological variables of individual level of analysis and objective variables, acting on the national and system levels, is grounded. Philosophical Foundations of Existential Psychotherapy of the USA

Abstract: The article focuses on the analysis of the main psychotherapeutical models, which originated in the USA in 1950–1960-th and are still the main methods of medical-psychological practice. These are the H. Sallivan’s and C. Rogers’ models. Each one has its own philosophical and axiological basis; the latter is specially investigated in the article. C. Rogers’ model in a full measure could be classified as an existential model. This model precisely expresses the so called «patient-centered» approach, which generates a positive activity, selfregenerating abilities of a patient and goes back theoretically to the outlooks of classics of existential anthropology – M. Buber and V. Frankl.

Russian Communicative Vocabulary as the Representation of the Communicative Category Communication in the Language Consciousness of Russian Native Speakers

Abstract: The article is devoted to the problem of the type differentiation of mental units. The research of the Russian communicative vocabulary has shown that there is a communicative category as a special type of mental units. The concrete characteristics distinguishing communicative categories and communicative concepts are revealed. It is shown that the category communication in the language consciousness of Russian native speakers has an extensive language representation that indicates its communicative relevance and importance for Russian people.

Abstract: The article considers the peculiarities of formation of the environmental components of the attitude of the paleolithic era. Revealed is a pattern of development of the archaic environmental ideology, the essence of which is to destroy at the end of the archaic era sensual-mystical communion of neoanthropus nature.

Trends of Inflationary Processes Development in the Russian Economy

Abstract: The article is devoted to features of development of inflationary processes in the Russian economy. Specific character of inflation in Russia can not always be explained from the point of view of classical inflation theories. Monetarist approaches in carrying out anti-inflation policy did not prove the hopes of reformers and led to a crisis of non-payments. The effects of inflation for the economy of Russia being diverse, many of them correspond to the world tendencies, studied and generalized in the economic literature.
