Interpretation of June 1940 Events in Bessarabia by Contemporary Historiography

Abstract: Events of June 1940 are interpreted exclusively negatively in the Romanian historiography. The trend toward a realistic coverage and analysis of the Bessarabian question is very relative in nationalist historical literature, but the desire to reflect the events from «patriotic» positions dominates. The USSR is represented as an aggressive, expansionist power.

The Activities of Catholic Deputies in the State Duma III

Abstract: The article is devoted to the activities of Catholic deputies in the State Duma III of the Russian Empire. Particular attention is paid to their participation in the discussion of the bill on the formation of Chelm province and the approval of the budget of the Holy Synod in 1908. It was concluded that the Catholics deputies were unable to accomplish their goals, a tendency to repel the influence of the Kingdom of Poland to the western provinces of Russia is evident in governmental policy since the end of the ХIХ century

Conservative Liberalism: Notes on Formation of Liberalism in Russia

Abstract: The article discusses the etymology of the word «liberalism» The process of formation of liberalism in Russia is analyzed through a particular phenomenon «protoliberalizm» and «circle liberalism». A considerable attention is paid to Kavelin’s concept. This scientist was an ideologist of conservative liberalism. The author reveals that representatives of conservative liberalism rejected the application of the European constitutional ideas in Russia.

Not-redundancy of Criminal-Legal Ban as a Rule for Constructing Structure of Crime

Abstract: In the article a rule of constructing structure of a crime as not-redundancy of a criminally-legal ban is considered. In the article four main types of excess structures of the crimes constructed with violation of fundamental bases of criminal law are allocated. By numerous examples the author proves that existence in the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation of excess structures is an essential defect of criminal-legal regulation.

Professional Formation of a Subject: Resource Approach

Abstract: The author examines the problem of the professional making of a subject ([PFS]), which has inter-related aspects: a) the individual professional evolution of man as the subject of labor; b) the personal and c) professional development of man in the frames of one organization; d) self-realization by man of its professional potential on a society. [PFS] are more meaningful deeper than the concept “professional career”. [PFS] as the object of research includes the parameters and the characteristics of changes in the man as a subject, the processes of active and passive interaction with the environment (medium); the processes of active career (during the performance of professional responsibilities) and its latent phases; all interconnected processes into their integrity and the completion, namely: origin, formation, development, extinction of psychological systems. Methodology, conceptual apparatus, resources, results of empirical study [PFS] are discussed.

Some Common Models of Sentences in Admirative Initiating Replications in the French and Russian Languages

Abstract: The article discusses some basic models of admirative initiating replications in the French and Russian languages. It presents a hierarchy of these models, determined by the degree of the expression of the admirativity. It was revealed that the semantic component of the lexical elements included in the core of admirative initiating replications is closely related to their morphological and syntactic expression.

The Originality of Makhmud Taraby’s Revolt Art Treatments in the Uzbek Literature in Various Historical Periods

Abstract: The article is devoted to the comparative analysis of three art treatments of M. Taraby’s revolt against Mongolians. The Uzbek writers Aybek, M. Asim and A. Dilmurod in different time and differently presented the M. Taraby’s image in their works. Concentrating on their approach to such features of the hero, as his supernatural abilities, his skills to predict and to influence a course of events, the article covers the difference in Uzbek Litearture art orientations in Soviet period and in the middle of 80-es right after the Perestroyka.
