Abstract: This article is devoted to the origin of the third “coexistence’ (1997–2002) in France of V Republic explained by its main par¬ticipant – President Jacques Chirac. Particular attention is paid to his decision to dissolve Parliament and to lead pre-term elections in 1997.

Deputies of City Soviets and Their Electors (Historical experience of the Leningrad Soviet of the 1920s)

Abstract: The article covers the features of the Soviet political system in the 1920s. The relationship between deputies of the Leningrad City Council (Soviet) and their voters, electoral activity, enlisting of the electorate in the cooperation with the Soviet are analyzed. The author draws a conclusion on close links of deputies with municipal voters and growing contradictions between the people and the Soviet executive committees.

The Techniques of Using Political Cartoons and Allegories on the Pages of Yaroslavl Satirical Magazines during the First Russian Revolution

Abstract: The techniques of using political cartoons on the pages of Yaroslavl satirical magazines during the first Russian revolution are considered in the article. The author aims to reveal how the images created by prominent artists for the capital’s editions and eas¬ily recognized by average people were revised and modified in the provincial editions though the satirical magazines of Yaroslavl region were hardly inferior to the central editions in their contents and focus.

Abstract: Using one of the examples of extrajudicial killing of clergy the article shows that in 1918 the antireligious persecutions were implemented by the extrajudicial killing unit represented by the All-Russian Extraordinary Commission authorities.

On the Problem of Classification of Antimotives in Educational Activity

Modeling of Inclusive Education Psychological-Pedagogical Monitoring within the Framework of Synergic Model

Abstract: The article introduces modeling approach of inclusive education psychological-pedagogical monitoring with the use of dis¬sipative structure theory, metaontological categories: fractality, synchronicity, and measures. Basic methodological components are quoted: logical and temporal structures, philosophical underpinnings, special aspects, principles and conditions. Inclusive pro¬cesses are analyzed as temporal system, put into effect in Fibonacci series. Effectiveness of ideas expansion about control values, rank parameters, bifurcation point on the inclusive education analyses are demonstrated.

The Role of Reflection and Subjectivity in the Integrative Processes of Personality

Abstract: The article presents an integrative view of the development of individual. We make emphasis on the basic characteristics of the subject and examine the category of quality of its manifestations - subjectivity, as an active principle of self-organization of per¬sonality. The article also focuses on reflection as the highest integrative level of metacognitive activities regulation, and reflection as a tool for synthesis of various-level information. On the basis of these things, we describe the integrative nature of the identity, self-learning as dynamic matching of identities and perspectives sets.

Individual Determinants of Preschool Teachers’ Professional Burnout

Abstract: This article studies urgent problems of personal mental burnout. In particular it specifies factors which determine its develop¬ment in professional activity of teachers of different educational institutions. Statistics proves that burnout of teachers of pre-school educational institutions and schools is determined by professionally-specific factors of individually-personality character, the effect of which is shown at the level of individual characteristics and at the level of their structural organization.

Parameters of Economic Organization Design

Abstract: The transition from industrial to informational economy occurs in parallel with the development of ideas about the organiza¬tional structure of economic organization. The transition from the well-known conception of a key parameter of economic organiza¬tion: «organizational structure» to the other: «organizational design» is identified. Using his own experience in monitoring organi¬zations, the author examines the parameters of their design: organizational process; coordination mechanism; dominant structural element; particular qualities of the decentralization of authority and responsibility.

Abstract: The article analyzes the questions of formation of innovative orientation of regional economic development. It focuses on the problems of modernization of production and management processes. The special role of industrial production equipment upgrades as the basis of innovative modernization is emphasized in the article.
