Repressions of the 1930s in Industry by the Example of the Yaroslavl Plant «Krasny Mayak»

Abstract: The article considers the repressions in the Soviet industry by the example of the Yaroslavl plant «Krasny mayak» which first began to manufacture the vibrators for compacting concrete. The membership of the directors team is determined; search of «enemies of the people» and typical false accusations in the 1930s are displayed.

Merchant's Ties Across XVIII – early XX Centuries (according to the materials of the Yaroslavl province)

Abstract: This article aims to reveal the place of merchants in the social structure of the Russian society in the XVIII – early XX centuries, the relationship of the city «elite» with the representatives of other social groups. A reliable indicator of these social processes are family ties that were based on both within- and outward estate relations in different periods of time. The choice of a life partner shows how the relative openness of the merchants in the period of its formation on the basis of Peter’s I, and, later, Catherine’s II laws, the gradual “locking” in the first half of the XIX century, and the gradual “unlocking” of estate boundaries by the beginning of the XX century, thus characterizing formation of the capitalist society based on class, not on social estates.

The Russian Orthodox Church and the Yaroslavl rebellion 1918: Historiography of the Problem

Abstract: The article concerns approaches of the Soviet and modern Russian historiography to the role of the Orthodox Church in Yaroslavl rebellion in July 1918. The author comes to the conclusion that points of view of the Soviet historiography still affect modern researchers.

St. Peter and Paul Church at the Yaroslavl Big Manufacture at the Turn of the 19th – 20th Centuries

Abstract: Петра и Павла при Ярославской Большой мануфактуре; Ярославская епархия. The article is devoted to the composition of the clergy of St. apostles Peter and Paul church at the Yaroslavl Big Manufacture (YBM) in the late 19th – the early 20th centuries. The author analyses the membership of the church clergy, evaluates the level of their education, also describes the social status of the parish people. A link between the YBM and the St. Peter and Paul church is stressed, a church’s significant role in the activities of the factory and the life of its workers is stated.

Abstract: The article describes the results of a study aimed at analyzing the regulatory framework, enshrining dialogue mechanisms of government and society in the regions of Russia, and identifying the relationship of efficient dialogue mechanisms laid down by the legislation to the level of protest activity at the regional level. The author has confirmed the hypothesis of a correlation level of development of the regulatory framework, the effectiveness of the implementation of the PPA and civic engagement.

Structural Components of Conflict Competence of Students

Abstract: The present article considers a phenomenon of conflict competence of representations of students with different professional orientation. Essential elements of structure of the conflict competence, based on the conducted research are determined. As a result of the factorial analysis application the following components of the conflict competence are allocated and proved: purposefulness to Acme, regulation of constructive behavior, thinking in a reflection.

Talking about Things that We do not Know: Manifestation of the Choice Blindness Effect when Filling out R. Cattell’s 16 PF Questionnaire

Abstract: The study is devoted to the problem of a gap between the explanations of behavior reasons and the real reasons of that behavior. The author examines an assumption to get the choice blindness effect in self-estimation of personality traits in modified Cattell’s 16 PF Questionnaire. The procedures of choice blindness creation and misinformation paradigm in false memory studies are used in the experiment. It is shown that self-estimations are subject to choice blindness in 36% of cases, and it is also demonstrated that choice blindness has an aftereffect, which manifests in false memories about previous choice. The limitations of possibility to evoke the choice blindness effect within self-estimation decisions are discussed.

Akmeological Aspects of Professional Identity

Abstract: The article is dedicated to the problem of professional identity in the context of akmeological approach. Professional identity is considered as a process characterized by the gradual acceptance of value-semantic characteristics of activity during the professional development. An attempt was made to correlate the expectations of the professional activities, its value-semantic characteristics with the idea of the «professional image» components, at various stages of the professional development.
