Alexander Sokolov's report "How Russian Legislation Is Being Transformed In Response To The Formation Of Digital Ecosystems" was prepared in collaboration with the Director of the Third Mission Development Center of P.G.Demidov Yaroslavl State University, Associate Professor of the Department of Social and Family Legislation, Elena Isaeva. The report is based on the analysis of the federal and regional legislation of Russia and a survey of 134 experts from 12 regions of the country.
Alexander Vladimirovich also moderated two sections at the Congress:
"Public Diplomacy in Post-COVID World: New Directions for Comparative Research" and
"Changing Administrative Culture in the Environment of Transparency and Open Government".
